WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS/EXCHANGES POLICY?

  • Exchanges only, strictly no refunds or returns.

  • Original tag and packaging of items must be intact, i.e., uniform must not have been washed.

  • Exchanges can only be done for items of equivalent or higher value. 

  • Exchanges must be done within 7 business days after the order has been collected.

  • Please email eastshopstaff@uwcsea.edu.sg and provide the 5 digits order number for more information.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can pay via credit card (Mastercard or Visa only) at the checkout page.

HOW DO I BOOK A COLLECTION APPOINTMENT?

After you have placed your order online, please click on "Collection Appointment" in the top menu bar, then click on "Book Now" and select an available slot.

WHERE IS THE COLLECTION POINT?

UWCSEA Staff and Students (Grade 6 & above) can collect from the Shop ( No appointment needed ). Parents can collect from lobby security counter  ( 9am to 11.45am  ) ( collection by parent's Strictly by appointment only ).  This apply only after 16 th August 2021

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING WITH ME FOR THE COLLECTION APPOINTMENT?

Please print out or provide the order confirmation on your mobile phone/tablet.

WILL THE COLLEGE SHOP PROVIDE A CARRYING BAG?

The College Shop will not provide a carrying bag for purchases. You will need to bring your own carrying bag during collection, or purchase a non-woven bag with your online order.

WHERE CAN I PARK? WHERE IS THE DROP-OFF/PICK-UP POINT?

Please proceed to the Carpark to park or for drop-off when arriving for your collection appointment.
